Scope of this policy
This policy covers the TellyMeds informational website. It explains browsing and support information, and the transition to linked care services. Medical intake, payment, clinical records, and pharmacy services are handled on the linked service’s systems under its own notices. A provider’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, where applicable, is separate from this website policy.
Information from your visit
Requests to the website can include an IP address, requested page and query string, browser and device information, referral information, timestamps, and technical or security events. Our hosting service, Vercel, processes technical information to deliver and protect the site. Campaign or affiliate identifiers in a link may appear in the request URL. Do not put personal or medical information into a URL.
Search and care browsing
The medication search and option selector run in your browser. This website does not submit search terms, selected options, health questionnaires, or payment details to a TellyMeds application server. Requested page addresses may nevertheless reveal a care interest in technical logs. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for more information about health-related browsing.
When you contact support
If you choose to send a support email, the recipient receives your address and the information you include. Care support for linked DudeMeds services is available through our contact page. Use the treating service’s secure channel for clinical information. Ordinary email is not a suitable way to send medical records, identity documents, passwords, or full payment details.
How information is used and disclosed
Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, security, and prevention of misuse. Support information is used to respond to the request and route it to the responsible service. Information may be processed by hosting, security, and communications vendors for those purposes, or disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful process, or protect rights and safety. Selecting an external care link sends your browser to that service; the information you then provide is handled by that service.
Cookies and advertising
This website does not add advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. It does not configure browsing data to be sold or shared for cross-site behavioral advertising. The website is directed to adults and does not solicit information from children under 18. Contact support if you believe a child has supplied information through a linked TellyMeds-related interaction. Policy changes will be dated here, with additional notice or consent where required.
